Yes, one incident support can be purchased. cost will range from $30 to $120 depending on the issue’ complexity.

I need support for a larger number of devices.

Extra devices can be added later on, and if you are a Small business (not residential) we advise you to visit our Business Services page.

Absolutely, we utilize a state of the art technology to connect to your devices remotely (only if you permit us to), by doing this, we save you time and make sure your issue is resolved ASAP.

Unlimited number of problems to Unlimited number of devices. unlike many others, we provide unlimited support to ALL your devices.

Will you install Antivirus to my devices?

We will install and license Antivirus and Malware protection to 5 devices.

What operating systems do you support?

We support Android, Apple and Windows devices as long as internet connection is available and the device is connected.
